The Historical journey of the company began in the year 1960, when Late Shri Pyarelal founded Pathak Industries at Plot no. 133, Phase I, New Industrial Estate, Cuttack - 754021, Odisha. The year 1979, was another landmark year when Mr. Tarsemlal Pathak was appointed the founding director of Pathak Machine Tools, he took the business to new height and is responsible for the company's current form.
